Huawei's ALL IP-based E2E Multiplay QoE solution enables carriers to reduce their capital expenditure (CAPEX) and operating expenditure (OPEX) and recoup their investment while also providing standard interfaces and open networking capabilities. Built on the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) networking infrastructure, the solution supports seamless connection with a broad range of ISP/ICP applications and a wide variety of carrier OSS/BSS systems.

Maximized Network Value

Based on instant service-aware applications like WEB non-session and session applications like Video on Demand (VOD) and Internet Protocol Television (IPTV), Huawei's ALL IP E2E Multiplay QoE solution supports QoE and ISP/ICP management, allowing subscribers to experience service customization and mobility.
